Purpose Despite the growing importance of workplace spirituality, organisations have been reluctant to integrate spirituality into their workplaces; this paper discusses how workplace. Design/methodology/approach This is a theoretical that builds its arguments on synthesis and contemporary management paradigms. Findings The study argues an extremely important driving force for sustainable healthy growth any organisation; however, infusing companies in industrial digital eras would be futile effort, as are built ethos highly incongruent with spiritual principles. Therefore, post-digital era, spirituality-driven (SDOs) will emerge, marking beginning true “spiritual paradigm” business human society at large. also elaborates characteristics era nature SDOs.
